Dress code, meal rules, phone rules, conduct on the floor. Cover this on Day 1, never re-explain.

Greet, order, drop, goodbye, all with eye contact.

Smile with your teeth. Greeting and goodbye are non-negotiable.

Stand straight. Hands out. Walk with purpose.

Walk fast never run. Eyes up. Urgency creates energy, energy creates sales.

Zero phone rule. Phone in the storage box, off, the moment you clock in.

Clean shirt, apron, non-slip shoes, deodorant. FOH, BOH, and food-touch dress codes. No smoking on shift.

Local pride and personality, yes. Controversial, no.

No gum, no eating in front of guests, 1 fountain per shift, shift meal must be rung in.
