Uniform and grooming, every shift

Clean shirt, apron, non-slip shoes, deodorant. FOH, BOH, and food-touch dress codes. No smoking on shift.

FOH dress code

CUN shirt to size. Nothing on top of the shirt (no jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts on the floor). Wear a CUN pin. Apron required, clean, tied. Non-slip shoes only. Hat is OK. If you wear a hat, see the rule below.

BOH dress code

CUN shirt and a hat. No exceptions. BOH does not work without both. Apron and non-slip shoes.

Anyone who touches food

If you touch food, wear a hair net. If you wear a hat, that is your cover. Either way, hair is contained.
