Hand washing

Twenty seconds, warm water, soap. Wash on arrival, after breaks, after raw food.

Wash hands when you enter the floor, after every break, after handling cash, after using the restroom, after touching your face, after sneezing or coughing, every 30 to 60 minutes during a busy shift.
Soap, hot water, 20 seconds. Sing happy birthday twice, or sing the alphabet. Either gets you to 20 seconds. Dry with a clean paper towel.
Use a paper towel to turn off the faucet and open the bathroom door.
