THE APC STANDARD AT EVERY REGISTER

THE APC STANDARD

Every order gets at least one add-on attempt. No exceptions, even on a single- order. The add-on is specific to the dish, not generic. Anything else is the laziest sell in restaurants. The pitch is one sentence, with a story or a stat, not a question with a yes or no answer. If the declines, accept it instantly and move on. No second pitch, no awkwardness. Track your APC, your attachment percentages on , drinks, and dessert. The trainer will share the targets at your store.

Great: A mini on the side, biggest filling per dollar, perfect with any bowl, , or . Weak: We have desserts. Great: Want me to throw in a gulab jamun for later? Two warm, syrup-soaked donuts is the way India ends a meal.
