TIME AND ATTENDANCE

SHOWING UP
  • Shift starts means on the floor, in uniform, on the clock, ready to go.
  • Time-off requests: 14 days advance through the manager. Last-minute requests get covered when possible, never assumed.
  • Sick or emergency: text the manager at least 2 hours before shift, more if possible. No-call no-show is dismissal-grade after the third occurrence.
  • Two consecutive late shifts triggers a manager conversation. Three triggers a written warning.
  • Trade or shift swap: you propose it, the manager approves it. Never swap without approval.
