Clean as you go. Cleanliness is an all-shift responsibility, not a closing duty.

CLEAN AS YOU GO

Continuous: wipe surfaces touched in the last 60 seconds, restock paper goods, top up water and ice, square chairs after every leaves.
Hourly tasks signed off (restrooms, trash, drink station, floor, front door, music check).
End-of-shift sidework signed off by the manager before clock-out. No clock-out without sign-off.
Cleanliness is not a closing duty. It is an all-shift responsibility. The team that cleans only at close is the team that closes at 2am.
