Lesson 18 of 20
What CUN owes you
+10 XP
The commitment goes both ways: a fair schedule, clear feedback, a path to grow, a safe floor, and the tools to succeed.
WHAT CUN OWES YOU
You are now family is not just a line. It comes with obligations on our side. This is what we commit to you.
| A fair schedule | Your availability is respected. You will not be scheduled for hours you said you cannot work without a conversation first. |
| Clear feedback | You always know where you stand. No surprises. If something needs to improve you hear it directly and promptly. |
| A path to grow | Every person in management here started where you are starting. Show up, learn the standard, and there is a next step. |
| A safe floor | No tolerance for disrespect, to staff, staff to staff, or management to staff. If something on this floor does not feel right, you come to the GM. That door is always open. |
| Tools to succeed | This academy, a trainer who shows up, a GM who wants you to win. If you are set up to fail, that is on us, not you. |
