41 to 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Four hours and it is gone.

DANGER ZONE: 41 TO 135 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT

Food cannot sit between 41 and 135 degrees for longer than 4 hours. That is when bacteria multiply fast. Cold food is held at or below 41 degrees. Hot food is held at or above 135 degrees. The window between is the danger zone. If you are unsure if a food has been at temperature, ask the manager. Toss it if uncertain.
