Use their name. Remember the order. Ask, the usual?
THE REGULAR
- Use their name. Ask, the usual? They love being seen.
- Ask about something specific (their dog, their kids, the trip they mentioned). Most managers should know the top 5 to 10 regulars by name and order. The longer-tenured the manager, the longer the list.
- Do not over-talk. Regulars know us already, they want speed and recognition, not a sales pitch.
