PHONE DOS AND DON'TS
Do
- • Smile when you say hello.
- • Use the guest's name once you have it.
- • Repeat back the order before payment.
- • Read out the total and the pickup time.
- • Thank them by name at the end.
Don't
- • Eat or chew while on a call.
- • Have side conversations the caller can hear.
- • Put the phone down on a hard counter, the caller hears it.
- • Hang up before they do.
- • Let it ring more than three times before pickup.
