Catering inquiries

Take info, pass to manager same day.
CATERING INQUIRIES
When a caller mentions catering, do not try to close it yourself. Pricing, minimums and logistics run through the manager. Your job is to capture the lead warmly and hand it off before your next task.
| 1. Acknowledge warmly | Absolutely, we do full catering. I want to make sure we get you the right information. |
| 2. Collect the lead | Name, phone, email, event date, time, approximate head count, location, dietary needs, drop-off or full service. |
| 3. Set the expectation | Our manager will reach out to you today with everything you need. |
| 4. Pass to the manager immediately | Walk it to the manager before your next task. Do not leave it for later. |
| 5. If the manager is unavailable | I want to make sure you speak with the right person, can I get a good time to call you back today? |
CATERING SCRIPT
Yes, we cater. I can take down the basics and have our catering team follow up with a quote in 1 to 2 hours, or you can submit the request directly at curryupnow.com slash catering, which is the fastest path. What is the date, the head count, and the location? Always get: name, phone, email, date, time, head count, location, dietary needs, drop-off or full-service. Then route the inquiry to the catering manager via the form or directly.
