How is the first bite? How is the heat level treating you? Need extra chutney or another for the table? How are we doing over here? Did we get this just right? Forbidden: is everything okay (closed question, gets a polite yes that is not real).
Hit every dine-in table within 90 seconds of the food drop. No exceptions, even during a rush. The is when we catch the who is too polite to flag the problem.
If something is wrong, fix it on the spot. Never argue. Get a manager involved if it is going to take longer than a minute or if a comp is needed. Use the LEAST method, see section fourteen.
