Replacement food, the fast offer

If they are not eating, we replace it. No questions.
If a is not eating or looks unhappy with the food, we replace it. No questions, no debate, no embarrassment. Be the one to bring it up before they have to. Watch for: a barely touched plate after five minutes, a sour expression after the first bite, a guest pushing food around without eating it.
