The 5-step cashier flow

Welcome, Guide, Build, Add-on, Close. The order matters.
Every cashier interaction follows the same five-beat sequence. Run it for every , every order. The order matters: skipping the Guide step turns the cashier into an order taker. Skipping the Add-on step kills APC. Skipping the Close step ends the visit cold.

- WELCOME. 4-second acknowledge, 6-second verbal. Hi, welcome to Curry Up Now, is this your first time with us?
- GUIDE. Take a position, do not interrogate. If it is your first time, the butter chicken and are our two most-ordered starting points.
- BUILD. Confirm protein, confirm spice, confirm modifiers. Repeat back, point to the screen, get the to confirm.
- ADD-ON. Specific add-on attempt that fits the dish. Garlic with the or kabab is our most-ordered combo. to cool the heat.
