• We are not a buffet.
• We are not a mom and pop curry house with the Taj Mahal on the walls, camels, pink curtains, and a 20-page menu.
• We are not just another taqueria with Indian flavors. The food has roots, and we respect them.
• We are not a place where guests bus their own tables. Water is self-serve, the bussing is on us.
• Authentic Indian (as a brand label). Do not call ourselves an authentic Indian restaurant. The food is 100 percent authentic. The format goes California on six signature dishes (burrito, tacos, naughty naan, sexy fries, El Jefe, tandoori fried chicken sandwich). The rest is true to India.
