Anybody can sell food. There are 50 places within five minutes of any of our stores that sell food. We sell what guests cannot get at those 50 places: confidence, warmth, energy, recognition, the feeling of being taken care of. The food is the price of admission. The experience is what makes them come back. Hospitality is emotional transfer. The energy you bring to the counter becomes the energy the takes home.
