HARD RULES, ZERO TOLERANCE

THE HARD RULES
  • No phones on the floor, ever. The moment you clock in, your phone goes in the storage box, off. Not in your apron, not in your pocket, not in your sock. The storage box, off, end of conversation. No earbuds during service. A phone visible on your person during a shift is grounds for termination, no second warning.
  • No eating, no chewing gum, no smoking, no vaping in front of guests or in uniform.
  • No alcohol on shift, ever. No drugs, ever. Coming in impaired is dismissal-grade.
  • No profanity in front of guests. Inside jokes with the team, in BOH only, never on the floor.
  • No discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Tell a manager or HR if you see or experience it. Both are confidential.
  • integrity preserved. We do not serve pork. Cross-contact protocols followed at every station.
  • Allergen protocol followed (5-step, Section 06). No shortcuts, no I-think-it-is-okay.
  • Cash and till protocol followed (Section 31). No freelancing comps, no sharing drawers, no off-the-books anything.
  • Time clocking honest. Never punch in or out for someone else. Never punch in before you are in uniform on the floor.
  • Stealing in any amount, including comping for friends, is dismissal-grade.
