THE CUN SERVICE PYRAMID
Every shift at every station, four things stack in this order. Skip the bottom of the pyramid and the top collapses. Get the bottom right and the top takes care of itself.
ACCURACY, SPEED, HOSPITALITY, EXPERIENCE
- 1Accuracy. Right food, right modifiers, right allergens. A wrong order kills everything else.
- 2Speed. Urgency at every step. Greet, ring, fire, drop, bus, all with pace. Speed without accuracy is just fast wrong.
- 3Hospitality. Warmth, eye contact, my pleasure, a goodbye that lands. Speed without warmth feels like a vending machine.
- 4Experience. The leaves saying that was different. That is the only output that matters.
