Adding on after seating

Once a guest sits, the only thing they get up for is water. If they want more food, another beer, another lassi, they flag us down, we ring it in on the handheld, we deliver it. They do not get back in line. This is one of the things that separates us from quick service. Communicate this to every guest at the handoff.
