1. Listen to the request fully. 2. Add a note to the ticket using the Item Comment button. 3. Walk to the kitchen and verbally confirm with the cook on the line. 4. Tell the expediter so they know to flag it on the way out. 5. When the food is delivered, confirm with the guest: this is the one with no [X], you are all set.
